Who Is Sean Ostrander?

Sean Ostrander is a Vice President with Merit Investment Bank, and has been advising and executing on M&A transactions for 10 years. Sean has executed sell-side, buy-side, and advisory mandates across a variety of industries in excess of $1 billion in enterprise value. He is a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (inactive) and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Theology from The Master’s University. 

Sean has a passion for service after spending the early years of his career at Nordstrom, and is passionate about working with family and closely-held businesses to create liquidity and capture the value they’ve created in their companies. He lives in Gig Harbor, WA with his wife Amy.
